1. Use the right content formats
Videos have taken over most social media platforms by now. LinkedIn seems to be next. If you’re not using video content yet, get ready to integrate it into your content marketing strategy. Few B2B service companies have jumped on the trend, so take advantage of the situation and be an early mover!
Carousels can still play an important role in your strategy, but don’t expect spectacular results. Their reach isn’t as high anymore as at the start of 2024. Nonetheless, it’s still a better idea than text-only posts or single images.
Speaking of images, team posts with multiple images are the easiest way to guarantee wide reach. Implement these types of posts in your calendar but don’t overdo it. You want to be seen, but you also want to be known for your expertise and not your fun(ny) team photos.
Whether you’re using videos or carousels, make sure to create your content in portrait-mode. A vertical design is optimised for mobile usage, a landscape design isn’t. Not using the right format can drastically affect your reach!
